The room ambiance and food were excellent. Room service was also pleasing. The buffet breakfast was awesome with delicious food. The staff was friendly and there was a nice pool for kids. The hotel's location was great, situated in the middle of leisure activities.
Couldn't stay longer.

The accommodation on the fifth floor where we stayed was simply perfect. The room was spotless, cozy, and offered great value for the price we paid. The hotel's impressive pool where we spent our days was beautifully designed and felt like a resort. Another great thing we enjoyed was the hotel’s location – it was quite central, and there was a factory outlet near us that stayed open until late night.
We encountered some problems during our stay. The breakfast did not live up to our expectations.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. the Sundanese restaurant nearby provided a great dining option. the hotel was well, connected to other places within the city, with a bus station and mall just minutes away. the room had a balcony with a pool view, adding to the overall appeal. the staff provided excellent service, offering an early check, in and smooth check, out process.
Although the hotel had a great location and friendly staff, the breakfast left much to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore other places. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were top-notch. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel was perfect for a romantic escape. the room was cozy and clean, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool area, which was quiet and peaceful, and felt like our own private oasis. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
